We require full payment before shipping any products. We accept the following payment methods:

3. Shipping and Delivery
Carriers: We use Australia Post and their subcontractors for shipping.
Shipping Locations: Currently, we ship within Australia. International shipping may be arranged on an individual basis; please contact us for details.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery is estimated between 5-10 working days. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fragrance preference, or allergic reactions.
Fragrance Notes and Allergies or Sensitivities
- A full list of fragrance notes for each candle is available upon request.
- If you or your customers have concerns about allergies or sensitivities, it is your responsibility to review the fragrance information and determine if the product is suitable before purchase.
- We cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for all individuals, and we do not accept liability for allergic reactions.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- Retailers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods.
- Send an email to info@spiritedflame.com with your order number, a description and photos of the issue.
- Do not dispose of damaged goods before receiving further instructions.
- If a replacement is agreed upon, the retailer must return the damaged items within 7 days (packaged securely).
- Refunds, if granted, will be issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping costs).

5. Product Descriptions and Pricing
While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publication, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

To the best of our knowledge, none of our fragrances contain phthalates or parabens, and none of the ingredients are animal-derived. Data sheets for individual fragrances are available upon request.
