At Spirited Flame, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. This page provides details on shipping costs, timeframes, handling, and important considerations.

1. Where We Ship To
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. International shipping is not available at this time, unless discussed, confirmed, and prearranged prior to purchase.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, you can request a tracking number via email.
Please Note: During busy periods (such as holidays and sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeframes
We use Australia Post for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Delivery estimates are Australia Post timeframes and may be affected by delays beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, peak periods).
Rural & remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Protection & Lost/Damaged Parcels
All orders include tracking. Once an order has been shipped, Spirited Flame is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post, as they provide shipping insurance options such as Extra Cover.
We recommend selecting Express Shipping if you require faster and more secure delivery.
5. Warm Weather & Candle Safety
Due to the nature of our products, including floral arrangements and gift hampers, please consider the following precautions during hot weather:
- We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel (e.g., work address).
- If no one is home, the parcel may be left in a safe place, which could expose candles, wax melts, flowers, gift hampers and other items to extreme heat.
Candles and Wax Melts affected by heat may soften but will firm up again at room temperature without affecting performance.
6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us, or undeliverable by us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it. This includes local floral and gift hamper deliveries.
7. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fragrance preference, or allergies or sensitivity to scents.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to report an issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
8. Wholesale Orders
Shipping costs and timeframes for wholesale orders vary based on order size and destination. Wholesale customers should refer to their wholesale agreement or contact us for specific shipping details.
