Handling Covid-19

I have been working hard to ensure that all orders shipped to clients are done in a safe and effective manner. Sanitisation procedures in workspaces have been increased to ensure all parcels and their contents are protected.

Australia Post and their contractor services have implemented “contactless” and signature free deliveries to help minimise the risk of contracting and/or spreading the virus. As a consequence of new COVID-safe guidelines implemented at the post office and other related businesses, and the increase in online shopping, there may be times when these businesses fall behind in their processing, and delivery times will increase.

Please be patient. If your delivery is time sensitive, check your tracking number for updates. Please understand I cannot guarantee delivery within certain timeframes at this time.

Contactless local delivery of orders is not available during lockdowns. Contactless local delivery will be available between Kialla and Cobram, by arrangement, when there are no movement restrictions in place.

On a personal note, I and all members of my household are fully vaccinated, and I have made a personal choice that anyone who wishes to enter my home or workspace must also be fully vaccinated to ensure my health and safety, as well as that of my family and my clients.
